About Minneapolis Uptown Rotary Club Meetings:

Our weekly club meetings are an opportunity for fellowship, learning, and collaboration. We alternate between in-person and virtual meetings, allowing flexibility for members to engage in the format that suits them best. Occasionally, due to special events or invitations, meeting locations may change. In such cases, members will be notified in advance to ensure everyone has the correct information.

Where are Club Meetings?

In-Person Meetings

Virtual Meetings:  Zoom!

For now we are using Zoom.  Zoom invite is currently sent out by the club president in an email on a weekly basis.

When / Meeting Format:

In-person meetings are held in a casual and welcoming atmosphere, designed to foster connection and camaraderie among members. The typical agenda includes:

  • 7:00-7:30:  Room Setup and Social Time

  • 7:30–8:00 AM:

    • We kick off each meeting with the Rotary 4-Way Test

    • Club announcements

    • Happy Bucks tradition—a chance for members to share positive news and contribute a small donation to support our charitable causes.

  • 8:00–8:30 AM: We hear from our featured speaker, who will present on a topic of interest. Speakers are carefully selected, and notifications are sent out in advance with details about the upcoming presentations.
